Dieting, Vizualization, & Meditation

If you aren’t familiar with visualization, here’s why you should start doing it. Creating a mental image of having something you don’t have yet is a powerful tool.

Visualization is used while practicing the law of attraction. By practicing visualization daily, you are sending a message to your subconscious mind that this is an object of desire.

Creating a mental image as vividly as possible will help manifest the situation, object, or person faster.

Imagine what you want your body to look like in one year. Imagine how it would make you feel to stand in the mirror and look at all your hard work pay off. 

Would you feel a sense of joy, pride, or excitement? What would it feel like to be able to throw out all of your clothes because you no longer fit them? 

By imaging, the whole scene from the feelings to the actions creates a stronger picture and deeper emotions which help accelerate the manifestation process.

There are many ways to practice visualization, you can create a vision board or you can do this before a meditation session.

Meditation can help deepen your concentration which will increase the power of your visualizations. Meditation is really good for cleansing your mind so your visualization practice should come before your meditation session.

At the beginning of your meditation practice, try to make your sessions 5 to 10 minutes. This time will improve as you mature. Keeping the time low will help you create the habits and muscles required to go longer.

Once you get the hang of meditating, you’ll notice how much your visualization images get better. You will be able to generate clear and detailed images within your mind’s eye.

The best place to meditate is somewhere quiet and empty. There are two ways to begin your meditation practice. You can stare at a certain thing or place, or you can close your eyes.

It’s recommended to close your eyes as a beginner but if you choose to keep your eyes open that’s fine as well. After meditating you should feel happy, clear-minded, and grateful.

With the focus you gain from meditating, your visualizations will have extra power causing faster physical manifestations. 

Remember, using emotions during your visualization sessions enhance the time it takes to manifest the images within your mind. 

By making mental movies in your mind, your subconscious can’t tell the difference between a dream and reality.

So this creates your subconscious to take action and make what you have seen in your mind into reality.
